Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used by the whole organization. We have the payroll department processing payroll through the program as well as the HR department putting new hires into the system. Everyone at our organization has an account with ADP. I have used ADP in the past with previous jobs. This time I am on the Human Resources side of things. ADP has amazing learning resources and courses that will help any beginner become an expert.

Pros

Cons

  • Having more instructional videos for more areas on the website
  • Able to make reports on the spot
Great resources to use the website for employees and for the Human Resources department and the Payroll department. It is very user-friendly for the non technological employees and for the employees that can understand technology. The employees like that they can have an app to track their paychecks and time cards. There are less questions for the Human Resources department because of this feature. Overall a good system for any company.

The customer service is phenomenal and our implementation team is always there for us. The support is very important when implementing a new system. This system is easy to use and there are a lot of resources you can use before you try to contact anyone at ADP or customer service.
ADP Workforce Now is great for the departments of any organization. They provide the employees a way to keep a timecard of their worked hours, a place to enroll in benefits, and an area to keep important documents. It provides employers a way to keep track of their employees, assists with making reports, allows managers to track their employees' hours.
