Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used across the whole organization. It helps with timecards across multiple states and also running multiple company payrolls.
  • Makes the timecards easy for employees.
  • Lets us organize employee information.
  • Allows managers to see employee information as well as HR Department.
  • Tax communication—it is impossible to get a timely response.
  • Time off programs are always having problems.
  • Performance review program is terrible.
  • It has made our growth much easier. As we add locations or companies it is easy to make the transition.
  • The reporting system for managers is hard to explain. There is no way to run a payroll register for other dates than when payroll is run. The reports are really lacking which creates more work for our team.
  • The Performance Review portion is so confusing to our teams. They hate it.
We chose ADP because of its scalability.

The phone wait times are ridiculous. We should not have to be on hold for hours. My latest implementation team was amazing! Brandon Aikens and Neil Wipf are amazing and truly your best employees.
Well suited to multiple companies in multiple state payrolls. Not well suited to track performance reviews.

I give a 10 to the latest implementation that I completed. It was a breeze

Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled
  • I have been through implementation many times. The first time was terrible. I couldn't get answers to my questions and the timing was way off what was promised.
