- Makes the timecards easy for employees.
- Lets us organize employee information.
- Allows managers to see employee information as well as HR Department.
- Tax communication—it is impossible to get a timely response.
- Time off programs are always having problems.
- Performance review program is terrible.
- It has made our growth much easier. As we add locations or companies it is easy to make the transition.
- The reporting system for managers is hard to explain. There is no way to run a payroll register for other dates than when payroll is run. The reports are really lacking which creates more work for our team.
- The Performance Review portion is so confusing to our teams. They hate it.
