Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is used company wide in all departments. As well as on a corporate level.
  • Time and attendance.
  • Being able to speak with a customer service rep personally instead of everything online.
  • Takes less time in auditing employees' time.
  • Hard to generate reports.
  • Hard to get answers to questions.
I have 2 departments, it is nice to be able to separate employees and information for each department.
  • insurance
  • retirement
  • employee information
I didn't really implement that into our ADP. Our corporate office did that part of it.

It is hard to get in contact with a representative on the phone. Everything has to been done online.
If you have multiple companies with employees, in different locations t would work well. Because it is easily accessed by any administrator company wide.
If you are a small company with only one location and only a few employees. Don't think it would needed. I liked ADP Run better.
