Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

All employees and applicants are users throughout the company. Volkert's Corporate HR Group, Talent Acquisition Department, and multiple HR Assistants use the many features to manage day-to-day duties and tasks. ADP Workforce Now has been a time management tool in that employees are able to self-manage their benefits and personal information. The HR Group, Talent Acquisition Department, and the HR Assistants are able to easily provide information and detailed reports to management and others quickly and efficiently.

  • Administration tools are convenient
  • Report writing options provided are great
  • Applicant process is very efficient

  • Ability to have a broader range of job titles
  • No others that come to mind
  • Easy, quick recruitment
  • Easy, quick hiring process
  • Timesaving options for employees and HR Staff
As an HR Assistant and an employee, I find ADP Workforce Now very easy to navigate and utilize in every aspect.

Never experienced any negative support from ADP.
I feel that ADP Workforce Now is a very good fit for our company especially since we manage over 1100 employees in over 26 states. It is a real timesaver for our staff to have convenient access to and manage their own information as well as HR to have the ability to run reports quickly and efficiently.
