Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ADP Workforce now for our employees to input their time on their time cards, as well as to print out their paycheck stubs and W-2's. They are also able to update their own information in the ADP system.

Scalability

Even though we only use it for payroll purposes at the moment, with as many supervisors that we have I feel ADP gets the job done and in a timely manner.

Systems Integrated With

Jenzabar

We are in the middle of trying to get it integrated.

Alternatives Considered

ADP is way more equipped to handle our employees' time and attendance. I would not recommend Jenzabar for the payroll.

They answer my questions right away. I have never had any issues with any of it.

Likelihood to Recommend

I feel that ADP is well suited for what we use it for. I would like to see us use the HR function as well, but that would not be my decision. There is nothing I can think of that it would be less appropriate for.
