Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used by the entire organization. It may address payroll issues, but I am not a member of that team.

  • Automation of ATS Process
  • User Friendly Across the Entire Platform
  • Learning Information up to date and accessible
  • I am unable to streamline processes
  • It is very "clunky"
  • I believe the ROI is definitely not
  • Predictive Index
  • JobTarget (In the process)
  • Predictive Index we can't because the information will not flow back into ADP
  • ADP Background Check - Difficult
  • JobTarget - In the process
ADP Workforce Now does not stack up against SuccessFactors in any way shape or form. UKG and Paycom are about the same as ADP Workforce Now. We are using ADP Workforce Now because it was chosen by the company. It would not be a choice of ATS systems if I had one.

There have been multiply occasions I have contacted ADP Workforce Now for help and the people from ADP Workforce Now have no clue how to help me because they didn't even realize the product would do what I was asking for. I literally have had to read to them the steps in the "Bridge."
Little or no automation. Sharing of profiles and resumes to the hiring manager in lieu of downloading or providing them access. No step-by-step instructions or information about each data point or box.
