Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently use ADP for payroll processing, open enrollment and onboarding.

Trying to add a connection currently and it is extremely difficult
In my opinion, Paychex was a horrible system, but they had amazing customer service.

Our main account manager is fine but when it is different support orders for other departments; In my experience it will take days for them to get back to you. Once they do, I've found if you do not answer them in a day or two, they close the case. Then you have to open a whole new case. It is frustrating.
I have used other systems and ADP is by far my favorite for ease of use.
