We use ADP Workforce Now for payroll, time in attendance, PTO, tracking, biometric, time, clocks, 401(k), administration, and carrier connections for our healthcare benefits.
- Ease of using the system
- Training/Support
- Time in attendance via biometric time clock integration.
- Carrier Conbections for the healthcare
- The candidate has several feels that I need to complete, but this information was already input it when they first applied be at the online Recruitment.
- Positive, coming from a PEO that it was extremely expensive. ADP Workforce Now had a substantial savings right out of the gate.
- 401(k)
- PTO tracking
- Recruiting and Onboarding
401(k) was detailed, but the transition was seamless.
The onboarding and Recruitment training was OK, I had to use MAS to come down to help build out my job application in my on boarding paperwork. That would’ve not have been able to been completed just through my implementation specialist.
SOI was a PEO. We decided to leave the PEO and go with ADP Workforce Now because of all of the services that they offer. Plus the training and support.
