Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Payroll and Time and Attendance. Currently using paper for review process and was looking for an automated method.

Pros

  • Updated payroll process is easy to use and convenient
  • Support is always available to help with problems or p/r processing issues.
  • Many different methods of reporting

Cons

  • Sometimes have to call twice to get assistance with one issue and may get different solutions to the issue.
  • I would like a cost effective way easily process FSA through ADP vs paper
  • Looking for an easier way process non-taxable travel reimbursements to employees
  • Currently it is doing what it needs to for the money that we pay
  • Depending on pricing would like to start the perf appraisal process
Only use ADP on their site, do not cross over. SO cannot properly rate this functionality.
No other program used - was manually done prior to ADP inception many years ago

They are always there to support and usually have good follow-up. However, sometimes have called multiple times with same issue and get 2-3 different answers/resolutions.
System is easy to navigate through, but tough to get same answers when an issue arises.
