Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I use ADP for Onboarding, reports, and Time and Attendance.

Pros

  • Reporting
  • Onboarding

Cons

  • Reporting tab can be more user friendly
  • Changes should not affect access of managers
It is flexible and can work well with our other locations.
  • Have integrated Time requests to be done by employee
Integrates the time request feature to employees. We took the time to direct employees to HR to show them how to request time off on mobile app.
ADP is more comprehensive and has more resources to help with employee information.
