Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I am currently using ADP Workforce Now for our payroll and HRIS. It has greatly streamlined our payroll process.

Pros

  • Payroll
  • Time and Attendance Management
  • Onboarding

Cons

  • Needs calendar sharing so everyone can see who is off which also helps plan meetings, training, etc.. This is the one thing that is missing for us. We had this function with our old provider.
  • It has saved me considerable amount of time to process payroll. On our old system it would take 8+ hours to process as there were always lots of errors. I now have the time to focus on other HR areas.
  • Rebuilt trust with employees to ensure their pay is accurate.
Everyone is much happier now thanks to ADP Workforce Now. It is the most reliable and user friendly system I have ever worked on. Managers and employees were trained quickly.
With Bamboo they do not process Canadian payroll so we would have had to use a 3rd party to set this up which would have cost us additional money.
