Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used as a software to track pay and tax statements, clock in/out time, lunch & breaks, vacation time, job postings, job applying and to monitor goals. I support other users if they have an issue with ADP Workforce Now.

Pros

  • ADP is simple to use. Someone who doesn't know much about software can also use it.
  • ADP Workforce Now has everything an employee needs on one platform.
  • No need to enter data manually. It sources from other files.

Cons

  • I don't think there's anyroom for improvement. By far this is the best HR software I've used
  • ADP Workforce Now has definitely impacted positively to the company as it has become a one stop solution for employees and the company. Company doesn't have to keep different software to track goals, clock in/ clock out, pay and tax statements, benefits, vacation time etc
  • No negative impacts till now
It was easily deployed to all the departments. It was a great experience.
  • We integrated our internal software.
  • We also implemented shared drive and Microsoft Excel.
It was pretty easy.
  • Workday Workforce Management
ADP Workforce Now is simpler than workday. Workday can act up sometime but ADP is mostly sane.

ADP Workforce Now is well suited for big organization with large data and users. It keeps things sorted in one place. It is easily accessible from mobile phone app and also accessible outside of working hours. User can use it even after they have changed their employer if they need to find out old details
