Overall Satisfaction with AgoraPulse

I use AgoraPulse every day for several reasons:
  • Schedule posts over Instagram - Facebook page - Twitter
  • Moderate and interact with our community
  • Analyze social KPIs
  • Having alerts over my brand name and activities
We are a small company so I manage it by myself. It satisfies all the company's social media needs.

Pros

  • Segmentation of the brand content and editorial planning.
  • Managing comments and messaging
  • Data and reports are extremely well

Cons

  • Doesn't handle stories
  • Tagging people can be difficult in some cases

  • Less time spent managing social media accounts
  • Better analysis of successful content and timings -> more viral posts and engagements
I can't say that AgoraPulse let you manage your page without consulting the business manager but it allows you to do more things with a convenient interface.
Well suited :
  • Post variated content with a defined schedule for each topic
  • Cross-posting
  • Canned responses
Less appropriate :
  • Instagram stories
  • Managing Facebook Ads posts
