Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse
We decided to commit to using Agorapulse because it had just about every feature we were looking for in a content scheduling tool. The number one aspect of the tool that really stood out to us was the incredible reporting. Each month when we meet with clients to present the results of our social media initiatives the reporting is extremely helpful and very easy to understand. We even get a Powerpoint presentation to show our clients.

- I wish that we could easily change the type of image used when doing bulk scheduling. We can customize the copy, and tagging but currently can not switch up the image.

We used Hootsuite for many years and become frustrated with it as it evolved (or tried to evolve). It wasn't intuitive in its user experience. Social Report had many similar features, but it had a lot of bugs during my 30-day trial run. I just did not trust it.
