Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

Agorapulse is used within my department only at my organization. It is a lifesaver for gathering social media engagements, bulk publishing content, searching for our brand mentions, searching new content that we need to engage with, and checking analytics on different social platforms. It saves time, energy, and delivers the information I need directly to me on the schedule I want/need.
  • First to have new updates like scheduled publishing to Instagram.
  • Bulk publishing options.
  • Listening capabilities on social platforms.
  • Customer service is amazing!
  • More analytics on Instagram content.
  • More filters on listening.
  • Ability to view live YouTube comments on the app.
  • You cannot set a thumbnail for uploading Instagram videos.

Agorapulse comes at a reasonable cost, provides all the tools that I need, and it also has amazing customer service. Anytime I have had an issue or question, they respond immediately and help me solve my issue ASAP!
I have used Agorapulse in different settings and have loved it both times. It has the most competitive pricing for what is offered in comparison to any other social media management tool that I have used. I have used it at both a small business and a large corporation and it was fantastic for both applications!

Using Agorapulse

2 - Our head has to be able to organize content ideas, create new rules for sorting inboxes, and has to be able to delegate roles.
We also regularly have an intern working with the platform. They have to be able to type custom replies to some comments, search through videos, and really do minimal intense skill work.

  • We can have comments set for approvals
  • We created a video campaign for YouTube and used the listening tool to watch for people creating the videos we needed
  • We can keep an eye on competitors
  • We would love YouTube scheduling if it comes available
  • Our brands are rapidly growing and Agorapulse already gives us the ability to continue to grow
Agorapulse is the best social media management platform for the best price. All my needs are met and I almost have more available than I can use. Agorapulse customer service is also amazing! The team is always available, helpful, and ready to help with whatever needed. I have no reason to ever switch from Agorapulse.

Evaluating Agorapulse and Competitors

Price was probably the most important factor. Other platforms were hundreds of dollars and did the same things that Agorapulse did. We have a decent budget, but not anything that is crazy large, so we try to be good stewards with what we have.
I don't know that I would change much. I spent a lot of time looking at every angle that I could and Agorapulse proved to be the best option continuously.

The staff walked me through the whole platform and asked me if I had any questions. They were very helpful in answering any questions I had.
Even though I received online training, I spent a lot of tie figuring out the software on my own. I would recommend doing both

Configuring Agorapulse

I think that the configuration is great! It could use a few edits. I really enjoy sorting anything I am working on by color. Adding more color coding systems to Agorapulse would be great!
Some of the listening (might be a user error) is not quite as specific as I would like it to be.
I would love to be able to tag users on Instagram posts like you use hashtags.

Agorapulse Reliability

I'm not sure I understand what is meant by scalability.
Agorapulse occasionally has outages or shuts down. It never interferes with my use of the application or any of my posts.
Agorapulse has generally had great performance. Occasionally I have issues with my videos being posted on Instagram. I still am not sure why. the format of the videos is the same as the videos that are going through.

They answered everything that I needed them to answer. I also came into the conversation knowing I wanted to use Agorapulse.

Yes - As far as I know, the process went very smoothly. I did not have issues during the transition.
