Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

As soon as I got into the job, I wanted to ease some processes and make it simpler for the team to manage social profiles for our clients and for the agency as well. Agorapulse was the perfect answer for us. Thanks to it, we can create our posts on our own and take some time to give feedback before posting them. We're not using Agorapulse at its full power but it has already proved it worth. In the near future, we're going to improve its implementation in our workflow to make it even easier to use even for our new members.

In short, it's easy to pick, hard to master, but way simpler than using several tools for each social media platform.

We chose Agorapulse thanks to the sales team, which created an exclusive offer. Thanks to that, we've been able to start using it. The fact that the sales team was available in our mother tongue and helped us right from the beginning was, in my opinion, the key to our decision. Even during the free trial, we were in touch with Agorapulse's team to figure out how to use the app.

Agorapulse's services are great and it's kind of easy to find out how to do something (when it's not, the help desk is right around the corner). It's really simple to start creating and find out how to create a simple workflow for a team. But the fact that it's not yet possible to use it for GMB or new social networks is a real pain point. There's also the mobile app, which isn't as usable as the web app. I'm sure the team will improve on this and we're patient enough not to leave for another software at the moment.
That's a full ten. We had a few issues with Agorapulse at the beginning and the help desk answered in no time! I know we're paying for such a service, but I got a list full of companies with no help desk. In our case, Agorapulse's help services were way too good to give it anything but a 10.
Agorapulse is well suited for agencies or even small companies. It's easy to use to make the community management a task shared among the crew. In my opinion, it's one of the best tools I've been using. Even the help desk is great when we couldn't figure out some mistakes. But I have to say it would be even better to use it on all social media. With new tools, such as TikTok or Snapchat or even Google My Business, some small agencies/companies cannot use Agorapulse. They have to go on other tools to do so.
