Overall Satisfaction with Asana

Asana is being used within the marketing department in order to help us manage our workflow and meet the right deadlines. Asana helps us stay organized as a team and streamlines our processes -- from content creation, to approval, to design, to execution. The checklist feature allows us to assign each stage of the process to the appropriate person with a clear deadline. The integration with Slack is also very helpful in keeping everyone on track.
  • Project management.
  • Task assignments.
  • Deadline assignments.
  • Has a steep learning curve for some users.
  • There can be a lot of "noise" with notifications.
  • More outreach from CSMs to help with implementation and use on teams.
  • Lead to increased productivity.
  • Less time trying to keep track of where projects are in the process.
  • More assets being created, which equals more qualified leads coming in the door.
Asana is extremely easy to use and gives us all the functionality we need in order to stay on task and meet deadlines. Trello seemed a little elementary compared to Asana, and Wrike seemed a little more complicated than our team needed. Asana is a good balance and has been simple for us to implement and use.
Asana has done a great job keeping our team on track. We have a lot of projects going at one time, but Asana allows us to clearly lay out the project plan, make sure all stakeholders are on the same page, then assign individuals tasks and deadlines for responsible parties. Asana has helped us streamline our processes and we've been able to get more done in shorter timelines.
