Overall Satisfaction with Asana
I am the only one that uses Asana at this point. My organization is still becoming organized, so I use it to keep myself in check. It solves the problem of me not knowing what to do next for my workday, as it can become very scattershot until I look at my to-do list.
- Outrageously easy to organize my to-do list
- Assigning priority as well as due dates and times
- Easy to break tasks into subtasks and sections as well
- Allow for a customizable home. I use my Asana strictly as a to-do list based on due date. I don't need to assign things by priority - I assign them by time.
- More options cosmetically. I like Asana, but it would be nice to switch through even more different themes.
- I'd love to add a third, but Asana has become second nature to me. It's pretty darn easy to use at this point.
- It gives me a to-do list without having to pay for it. It's graphically attractive and fairly intuitive.
- Asana saves me time and puts my to-dos in one convenient place.
- It boosts my personal efficiency by providing me with an easy to use place for all of my tasks, both personal and professional.
Asana is so much better than Wrike. Wrike has a lot more customizability, but it's too much. Asana keeps things very simple and can include a litany of integrations to help me get the most out of my needs. Wrike, from what I remember, also uses more resources from my computer. Not something I need when I need every iota of power from my computer.
