Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Asana is used to manage all the internal activities at my company. We use it to distribute and manage tasks between departments and individual contributors, while also making sure we are registering all relevant information somewhere all interested parts will be able to check if needed. It is also great to receive and organize requests from work colleagues.

I believe that Asana is more professional than Trello. I used Trello a long time ago, but it looked more suitable for a student project rather than for a professional team or business environment. I believe it has great features to help companies in different stages and of different sizes.

Asana is great to manage the tasks of your team, but it is also super helpful to keep track of your own projects and activities. You can use different projects/boards to keep everything organized and have a clear view on what needs to be done, who is involved on it, and when each specific task is due.
