Overall Satisfaction with Atera

Atera is our remote access software, as well as patch management and software deployment to remote workstations. It is a low-impact remote access agent that enables us to work at a distance to provide remote support and access to our client networks

AnyDesk, TeamViewer and LogMeIn. They all have their advantages/disadvantages. AnyDesk and TeamViewer are low impact and reliable, but requires significant user participation. LogMeIn is excellent, but expensive. Atera provides advanced features and reliable access for reasonable cost.
The UI is easy to understand and manipulate, excellent for switching between clients and tasks
The scalability of remote access clients helps to forecast costs for new client onboarding. Billing has not been used, custom CRM is already in use.
[Atera is] well suited for network rollout, provides a dependable remote access agent. However, it requires several programs/services to run and on legacy PC's with minimal resources there are lighter options that work when Atera won't.
