Overall Satisfaction with Atera

I am using Atera to provide support, install updates, check for problems for my customers.

The concept of a single product for remoting, patching, and ticketing from a single console is brilliant.
In the question, the answer: Atera is built to simplify remote monitoring, allowing users to easily access real-time alerts, and set up automated administrative tasks to save time.
In the question, the answer: Atera combines RMM & PSA, Remote Access, Billing, and Reporting in a single platform with a fixed price regardless of how much a business grows. We are a small company fighting against the giants, and this integration allows us to limit costs.
In all cases where it is not possible to reach the customer quickly. Less useful where there is a hardware problem, of course, but it manages to anticipate the problem.
