Atera is the best, for remote monitoring and automation. I handle end user support and system performance assessments. Its simple setup and browser based access make deployment quick.

Pros

Cons

  • Support and the mobile app are conspicuously absent.

I found Atera to be really simple. There is simple UI and easy navigation. The automation tools save time generally by making repeated chores a thing of the past.
