Overall Satisfaction with Atera
Atera is the one-stop IT business management application solution for any IT business management. It comes with a bundle of applications that fulfill all your IT needs, like remote management, remote access, it service, help desk management, and security patch installation. You can use Atera to use those services wisely. In my previous organization, we used the Atera suite. It's helping us to meet all our IT business needs.

As I mentioned earlier, my previous org was a product-based organization; we used to keep track of all types of inventory and user various requests, either service requests or incidents reported on their application. I can surely say Atera helped us here a lot. I will recommend everyone to use it.
I also used other org suites, but Atera is the winner here. It offers services like IT service management, network monitoring, and billing. We get most of the service under one roof. Hence, Atera is the winner compared to other applications I have used.
