Overall Satisfaction with Autotask
We use Autotask to track tickets, contracts, invoices, billing info, create opportunities, and create reports for our customers. It basically allows us to do almost everything we need for our business.
- Autotask has greatly increased our contact with customers. Through the ticketing process, they can create tickets and communicate with us through the ticket.
- The new opportunity approval tool has been fantastic for our customers that don't like to print off and physically sign quotes we send them.
They are fairly quick at returning a response to a problem and have been able to fix all issues for the most part.
