Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
We are using AVISPL to deliver and install hardware for some of our offices. We are facing issue with the quotes that we are receiving - takes too much time - like weeks to receive the quotes.
Pros
- Installation of MTR systems
- Hand over documentation
- Pre sales
- Design documentation
Cons
- Prices are higher than most of the local companies in most of the countries
- Communication with the presales team
- Very slow quote delivering process
- Prices of AVI-SPL services are higher than most of the local companies so we are paying more for the AVI-SPL services
- Same time in most of the cases where we have chose local companies we have spent hours to fixing problems so. Most of the time AVI-SPL services are with no issues
Converting all meeting spaces in to VC room is crucial for our company so AVI-SPL help was highly appreciated
