Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL helped us provide a middle ground solution with combination of touch screen and non-touch screen solution that helped us build the custom solution meeting our requirements within planned budget. We used them as audio and video integration solution provider for our organization specific operations center to build a central customer and leadership centric experience and operation center driving visibility and ready insights into product KPIs and metrics.

  • disappointing outcome not solving key core expectation
The remote phone support, email support and documentation is poor to be able to do multiple self service activities. Expecting a more deep FAQ documentation and custom solution configuration and operating guide, principles to operate the hardware and software in tandem. Support response can be more practice and detailed enough and we need to reevaluate the agreed and committed support commitment.
The Teams Room integration and facility updgrade is a the better part of the outcome to be able to bring wider remote audience to experience the in room presence for experience center but the continuous video and AI human tracking future is not at all effective impacting the end user experience. We are reverting the setup back to fixed spot video mapping.
We have originally selected the end video and touchscreen solution by which we have moved back to integration partner like AVI-SPL and few other audio video integration solution partners and finally proceeded with AVI-SPL for our solution. They are preferred and top vendor from solution provider and manufacturer and competently priced initially in comparison to other vendors.

AVI-SPL is good in terms of complex solution design, but lost the message in transit where we have clearly articulated key success criteria and elements. While the nuance of complex solution details shared as part of scoping document is appreciated, it is disappointing to see the core part of the requirement missed resulting in leadership escalation
