Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

BambooHR® is the HRIS we currently use across all global locations. It allows us to manage time off effectively and also provides excellent org chart and people management options. The reporting tool gives Human Resources data that can be used to inform decisions and the eNPS options allows for feedback to be sent from employees.

The usability from a user perspective is pretty straightforward and navigating the system is quite easy. The prompts for managers to approve certain things like time off could be improved as there isn't any follow-through after the first prompt. The availability of customer service can also be hard as we are a UK based company.
The support can be slow as they are a US based company and therefore we often have to wait for them to be online before we can speak to somebody and they are not particularly responsive to emails. The service itself has always been helpful and in most cases, the issue was resolved.
The reports are one of the strongest parts of the system. The ability to provide both database style and visual, graph style reports is very useful and the customer report function means they can be tailored for specific purposes and then saved for future use. I think they have done a great job of the reporting function.
BambooHR® was able to provide excellent value for money when compared to the other options we looked at when we carried out a review of them. A previous member of the team had also used BambooHR® at another company and rated them highly which influenced our decision greatly. The demo also showed BambooHR® was able to carry out all of the tasks we were looking for

BambooHR® is overall a very solid HRIS that provides good people and time management for our organisation. The reporting options are very customisable and allow for the data to be very useful for a number of things and the eNPS data is easy to setup and provides an excellent snapshot of how we are viewed by our employees.
