Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
BigCommerce is our primary software for our online sales website where we get about half of our revenue for the company. It is easy to use and makes the job of setting up an e-commerce site without knowing a lot of technical information.
- Our SEO increased right away when we started using BigCommerce.
- Very easy to customize products including being able to offer multiple variations of one product.
- We just started using BigCommerce shipping which has been a huge benefit for us.
- I don't really have anything that I'm not satisfied with.
- Our sales increased right away once we started using BigCommerce compared to our previous shopping cart solution.
- Checkout was easier which resulted in higher conversion rates.
- Website management has also been easier.

We don't really use this functionality at all. We just use one of the available themes from BigCommerce which has worked well for us.
BigCommerce is much more user-friendly and has customer service that is far above what we experienced from Magento.
