Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
BigCommerce is what we use for our sole e-commerce platform.
- Easy updates.
- Intuitive product population and order management.
- Ability to customize front end.
- Gift cards are not user-friendly with any of the 3 POS solutions we've used, so it's hard for customers who buy online gift cards to use in the store, they are however easy to use on the BigCommerce site.
- Creating product options and option sets outside of a specific product takes more time than it should. It would be nice to be able to create that all within a product page vs. having to leave the product page and go into the option sections, then back into the product page.
- Ease of shopping cart has increased online conversion.
- Our cost of development and upkeep is down significantly.

We use a shipping software that has a built-in integration with BigCommerce. It makes it seamless to keep customers in the loop on their order status and tracking info. We also recently have hired a company to use the open API and interface our POS with BigCommerce. We now have real-time inventory and order processing, and are able to push products from our POS into BigCommerce.
BigCommerce had the most robust offerings for the price. It also came very highly recommended by the developer we hired to help us.
