Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

NXT is our gift management and database management software. Through it, we utilize lists, projections, wealth screenings, and overall database organization.

  • Gift reporting.
  • List building.
  • Running queries.
  • Bringing over old actions from RE.
  • Running lists for communication.
  • Custom reports.
  • On-the-go access.
  • Lead generation.
  • Easier to identify LYBUNTS and lapsed donors.
  • Easier to run dynamic reports.
  • Increase in total dollars raised.
It is good for identifying lapsed donors and donors who may be due to contribute a gift. It has also helped with geographical tools to identify prospects in certain cities and regions. It certainly helps in the life cycle of a yearly donor, with the ability to add actions and next steps.

Great for on-the-go access and convenience to your database and gift reports. It falls short on some features we had grown used to in the original RE. Still, go back to the old version for some queries and reports that we couldn't move over the NXT. Overall a very dynamic and customizable platform.
