Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze to monitor our email and notification programs. We can see everything we have sent, check the background for potential issues, and monitor the efficiency of our push alerts overall. It makes it a lot easier to keep track of everything and when things were sent, so we aren't sending back-to-back notifications too closely.

Pros

  • Very organized and nice layout.
  • Easy to use.
  • Quick to learn new things.

Cons

  • How to videos would be helpful for new hires.
  • Brings in more web traffic.
  • More clicks on our website.
  • Allows more sales on website.
I enjoy using it, and it's easy to use for the most part.
I don't see how it would be useful for my job position specifically.

It is suited in breaking situations when we need to get information out to our audience. However, beyond that, we don't use it for other things.
