Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze for marketing mass communications, for prospects and clients, specially building our customer journey. We use it for our B2C audience and we are able to personalize our messages according to different action triggers. It has really been helping with the construction or our ideal journey for our clients in order to send out promos and build personalized tailored in-app and email comms.

I would say Braze really is the easiest to use, the most friendly for all kinds of users and the best option comparing to competitors - especially if you have a team where you have to give out many licenses, because Braze also offers a lot of training.
I would just say that it could always improved the CRM/Apps integration.
Braze really helped increase our engagement and reduce churn when using specific segmentation and journey building - we were able to use real-time data to identify less engaged users in our app and with that we could build tailored messaging which helped us create personalized promos and reduce churn for non-engaged users.

Braze is one of the easiest platforms for marketing automation and segment building. We were able to build out our ideal customer/user journey with tailored specific action triggers and based on different segments to adapt the comms.
I would say it is really the best platform when you have a big team to give licenses to use it.
For improvement, I think Braze wouldn't be ideal if you need very specific integrations with different apps or CRMs.
