Pros
- There's flexibility to add anything to Braze using API or webhooks
- The Customer success team is attentive and responsive
- The Canvas flow steps are useful
- Braze is always improving and adding useful features
Cons
- Monitoring automations and alerts - for example alerting when a canvas drops
- Analytics dashboards are currently limited
- simplifying the user experience (very complex and not intuitive)
- filtering a flow according to canvas entry properties
- Personalization options that create more engaging campaigns
We have many communications that are on-going and based on real time data and events.
It's hard to measure the impact since we have too many campaigns and are in process of improving and cleaning our Retention efforts.

I didn't select Braze, it was implemented when I joined Fiverr.
Braze is more flexible and has more options but Hubspot is more user friendly and easy to learn. The integration to other systems is built in and easier for less technical users.
I also used the option of adding alerts as part of the workflow. For example if there's an error in a campaign I can receive an email immediately.
