Overall Satisfaction with Braze

All of our customer journey touch points - from cart abandonment, welcome emails, transactional emails, unengagment emails and one time email blasts.

Pros

  • Pricing
  • Show revenue metrics
  • campaign setup capabilities

Cons

  • UI/UX is a little outdated
  • no meaningful business impact just yet
UI/UX is old, setting up campaigns is a little not straight forward
no meaningful impact associated to Braze just yet
pricing structure is better for a growing company - features are similar (to cio at least)

I think it has all the right features, but something about the day to day experience is a little outdated and not user-friendly
