All of our customer journey touch points - from cart abandonment, welcome emails, transactional emails, unengagment emails and one time email blasts.

- campaign setup capabilities
Cons
- UI/UX is a little outdated
- no meaningful business impact just yet
no meaningful impact associated to Braze just yet
- Customer.io and Klaviyo
pricing structure is better for a growing company - features are similar (to cio at least)
