Broadvoice is our communication solution for the entire organization. It allows admin to field calls and direct the calls to the appropriate person, whether the they are in the office, on-site, remote or in transit. It allows the sales and service team member to be out in front of customers and still be connected to the office and receive calls directly.
Pros
- The ease of call transfer.
- Ability to have calls forwarded through the b-hive app keeps people from being tied to their desk phone.
- Great customer service.
- Integration with Salesforce.
Cons
- The billing department is a little hard to reach.
- There has been a couple issues with service interruptions.
- The upgrades to the b-hive app have not been seamless.

- The cost per user is less than our previous provider.
- The flexibility that VOIP provides allows for easy in opening different locations and staying connected.
- Integration with Salesforce will be a huge step forward for our current CRM.
We used an independent consultant when we moved to our current location 3 1/2 years ago and Broadvoice was the best choice for our needs at that time and has been able to grow with us along the way. We currently renewed our contract for three years.
