Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We utilize Broadvoice for our company wide phone service. I have the b-hive App on my cell phone and use it daily in that capacity to take calls and transfer calls throughout our company directory.

HubSpot Academy, Navisite Productivity and Collaboration (Microsoft Office 365 and MDM)
When setting up our phones for the entire office I was able to get on the phone with a CSR who was friendly and efficiently trained me on how to set up all settings for the Broadvoice system.
