Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
I use Broadvoice as my primary telephone service. I like how their phone app allows me to use my business line to receive and make calls from outside the office and after hours. This app works well, much better than the app I used with a previous service. I also like the ability to use Communicator, their desktop softphone access.

I had Vonage for several years. In the office, their service was reliable. When out of the office using their app, I had repeated issues intermittently. Their price point was more than Broadvoice. I changed at the advice of my telephone consultant and am glad I did. I especially like how their phone app allows me to forego the physical phone.
