Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Since last year, we have used the office phone and contact center service from Broadvoice. The Broadvoice service helped us replace the old PBX system with the new phone system that is hard to maintain. We are delighted to be a customer of Broadvoice and happy to get their service because they give us a quick response for placing an order and technical support. Also, Broadvoice provides friendly customer service for billing and technical issues. Even though we were not familiar with the administrator for the new phone system, we can manage our new phone system with Broadvoice tech support as their service is supportive and convenient. Besides, the new phone device is pretty easy to set up and install for both office and home from our users.
