Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Broadvoice allows our office to function from remote sites or in the office. The problem that it solved was that we were able to be more productive by working remotely from other cities and states and not have to be local. For those of us who are local, it offers us the ability for a hybrid workforce; working from home and or office. The solution it offers in terms of redundancy or business continuity, is the mobile app which allows us to operate the business from anywhere whether the internet service is down or power has been interrupted. The mobile app allows us to use video conference features, and all other features of the phone system.

Cons
- better Microsoft 365 integration
- Portal access and billing access segregated
- Easier portal navigation for holidays and announcements
- Great implementations
- Easy to reach for support and troubleshooting
- Cost effective solutions
- Great UCaas solution
