Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We signed up with Broadvoice for a unified IP-based Phone system to replace our landline-based PBX. We needed a platform capable of supporting and integrating our multiple facilities and remote staff all in one place. Our old systems had no support for automated attendants, no mobile apps or software, no emails for voicemails, and were not even in production anymore. We had to resort to eBay for replacement hardware. Above all else, the costs of multiple long-distance phone lines were growing exponentially. We needed something modern.

- The Broadvoice Beehive app for iOS works well but could use work on its local directory listing of lines.
- Occasional odd handset bugs sometimes require manual re-provisioning to solve.
