Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Broadvoice is currently our vendor for all our office telephone communication.

Pros

  • easy to use phone directory.

  • Getting through to tech support quickly on urgent matters.

  • Clearness of Calls
  • Easy to manage user base through website.
  • Admissions is constantly on the phone and has always had a clear connection.
I have been here at Northwest College of Art & Design for 7 months. Broadvoice was already the established service here, and I have not needed to investigate other sources.

Yes

Currently having issues with our emergency elevator phones. Phones are disconnected and the elevator maintenance swears the phones should be handled by our phone carrier (ie Broadvoice). Broadvoice denies this is true, and suggests contacting our ISP. Our ISP says that this is not their issue and that it belongs to Broadvoice. Not sure what to do now.
