Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Broadvoice is used exclusively to field calls from sales leads and continuing clients. We have some business to business and utility calls as well.

Cons

  • Integration of more customization from desktop to mobile app
  • Transfer of data fro one entity to a merged entity
  • porting the existing biz phone number to new ownership
  • emailing voicemails to admin
  • storage of call history and emailed voicemails allows us to backtrack and follow up with potential customers and leads

It has been key in porting the same number into a newly acquired company under new ownership. We had a couple snafus with the set up of users and admins. We also neglected adding a detailed voicemail for the business. Perhaps giving new ownership/Broadvoice clients a checklist of items that need to be set up for optimal usage of the platform...
