Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice for our phone system at a small, family-owned restaurant in Newport Beach. We made the switch to Broadvoice because we were having connectivity and customer service/troubleshooting issues with our previous provider. Broadvoice's service is a major improvement in both areas. Since making the switch we have not had issues with connectivity and it was always easy to reach a technician when implementing the system.

The team at Broadvoice has been very involved and helpful since implementing their service. I'm not a very technical person and Broadvoice has really helped me navigate this major phone system change from the get-go.
