Broadvoice is Sea View's call answering and customer content integration platform. We use Broadvoice as an auto receptionist, call forwarding, call answering, email integration and the reports provide valuable insights.

Solid system that works quite well. Appreciate the reliability of the system and the elimination of on site hardware. Phone support is the trade off that can be good during slow call hours but, as with all call centers, response rate can be a stressor when challenges surface during heavy business call hours.
