Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice as our full-service business phone solution. It keeps us connected to each other and to our clients. As an accounting office, it is important that our staff of 10 people all have a quality connection at their desks. The sound quality of the calls is excellent with Broadvoice.

Pros

  • Call forwarding to mobile app
  • Sound quality of calls
  • Customer service is excellent

Cons

  • Making the terminology clearer in settings (presence, status, etc.)
  • Reliability. We have experienced outages at times. This may be more of an internet provider issue than a Broadvoice issue.

Broadvoice works great as a business phone solution. I love being able to receive calls through the business number on both my office phone and my personal cell phone. I no longer have to give my personal number to clients when I am out of the office. The call history records are also very detailed. Electronic faxing is a nice feature too.
