Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice phones VIOP for our firm/building. We have phones for our office and provide phones for our tenants in our building if needed. We have found most tenants use their cell phones.

Broadvoice price point was better. AT&T customer Service is the worst. Broadvoice customer service is fantastic. When I call I speak to a person who understands my issue, repairs on the spot or creates a ticket. The ticket is completed on a timely manner.

I have been happy with Broadvoice. The customer service is extremely helpful and timely. We are a CPA firm and have a solid work load. I appreciate I do not have to take time from my regular work to work on phones. Broadvoice takes care of any issues quickly.
