Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Used for on hold messages, be it afterhours, during holidays, or if emergent situations arise. We are able to also forward clinic calls to a sister clinic if something comes up. We can set up, maintain, and manage all voice mails - for not just the clinic but our doctors as well. It is also great because with a simple extension I can call any of our 40+ clinics and home office without having to dial their main number.

Cons
- The site could be a little more user-friendly and not as confusing when trying to make changes to where to put things or have small guidance buttons for that page to help walk through the page.
- Customer Service number is not readily found on the site - I always end up having to go to a statement to find it
- Helps with labor. I can SEE do I really need this many people manning phones.
- Helps to identify peak hours for us.
Broadvoice is a much superior product and service.

Standard support - but even still is great service!
Just the other day. A sister clinic was closing due to the hurricanes in FL, we needed calls redirected to our offices in GA and they were a great help with facilitating this and helping us to get everything set up in a timely and efficient manner. The gentleman who helped patiently waited as "announcements" were having to be made letting the caller know the clinic they called was closed but were being forwarded to our XYZ location for further assistance. This kep our clients informed and help prevent any delays in care for their pets.

- setting up any type of announcement or voicemail message we may need
- updating the phones and company extensions/settings when new hires come on board
- b-hive for use of the same phones from any cellular device for the doctors and management to utilize when calling from home
- is a little difficult to navigate when trying to forward calls
- resetting phones can sometimes be challenging becuase the update will be made, it reflects, but then the phones are still showing the old settings even after hard restarts/reboots
Yes - super simple - is w/ bhive - just have to have the person's email address on file for their extension and then you can set them up
