Experience with Bronto and Deliverability
Overall Satisfaction with Bronto Marketing Platform
Bronto was being used as our ESP specifically by the marketing team. We used Bronto for daily blast e-mail sends as well as automated e-mails to subscribers for rewards point expiration reminders, birthday offers, and other special e-mail only exclusive offers. It addressed our need for an email service platform.

- Not great for advanced or predictive segmentation

We upgraded to Bronto from Silverpop for better deliverability. It still wins out on deliverability, however competitors like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Listrak, and others have more features and easier plug-in ability with vendors who can provide predictive segmentation. Journeys for both daily sends and automations are also more available and easier to use in other platforms.
