Overall Satisfaction with Buffer
It was used to manage multiple accounts for my own company and for clients' social media. It allowed me to check on content calendars in the past and future. It allowed me and my staff and clients to look over the effect of different types of media and content. It allowed for social media to be done once a week or month for different clients.
- I like the content calendar's look and feel.
- I like the interface for posting. It is intuitive and clear.
- I like the analytics for initial overview but not for in-depth research.
- It was sometimes buggy and the post wouldn't be on the calendar.
- The analytics are a little bare.
- I wish there was a preview for the post for all channels.
3 - Social media, online media, and myself.
- Positive that even when I had a paid plan it was reasonably priced. I feel social has a huge impact on our brand awareness and search efforts.
It comes at a better price and is easier to navigate and learn with.
