Overall Satisfaction with Buffer

We have had several clients that use Buffer and advise new clients to sign up for Buffer. As an agency, we use Agora Pulse and love it. However, for small businesses and nonprofits Buffer is a much better fit. It helps with community management, social media monitoring, management, and analytics.

Pros

  • Social media management.
  • Buffer is constantly adding new features (faster than it's competitors).
  • The interface is clean, simple, and so easy to use.

Cons

  • It lacks the full features that competitors like Agora Pulse have. For example, social listening.
  • Improved Efficiency of all social media work.
  • Great reports for social media which helps to show the ROI of social better.
  • Overall improvement in the quality of social media content.
Agora Pulse is great for agencies while Buffer is great for small businesses and nonprofits.
Buffer is perfect for small businesses and nonprofits who need to save time, improve efficiency and improve the overall quality of their social media platforms. It has a great starter package that is very affordable for what it offers. Small businesses cannot afford not to use Buffer.
